Orb Blocked by the Distant Stone

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York. We see a large orb on the right and a smaller orb on the left.
Below is a closeup of the blue orb. The top right corner of the orb is clearly behind some stone. This shows the orb is behind a distant obstruction far from the camera, and cannot possibly be some speck of dust or particle near the camera.
