Having a flat top, the Met Life Building in New York City is much less interesting from an architectural standpoint than the nearby Chrysler Building, which has a glorious tapering top. But for a fleeting instant, this architectural shortcoming was overcome by three mysterious orbs. As you can see below, they have "built a spire" for the Met Life Building, by forming a big triangle on its top.
There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good."
