The photo below shows a bunch of orbs floating above some towers next to the East River in New York City.
A closeup of the orb at the bottom of the photo seems to reveal an eye-like feature in it.
There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality was moderate with a rating of 60. The photo was taken from the end of a long pier jutting out into the East River, a place where the nearby air was very clean.
