The Moving Orb and the "Blue-Eyed" Orb

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York (right-click to see the photo at full resolution). We see two mysterious orbs. The one on the bottom shows motion blur, and was apparently moving very fast.

Below is a rotated close-up of the orb near the center of the photo (I used the IrfanView "Auto-adjust colors" menu option on the closeup). We seem to see an orb-face, one that has blue eyes (or two blue spots near the eye areas).
