I have shown an incredibly strange photographic anomaly in which light
seems to rise up like drifting smoke: the effect I call the light
metamorphosis. Below we see some more examples of this phenomenon.
The first photo shows light rising up in a C-shape. You can see the light from the cable box clock rising up first to the left, and then back to the right.
The closeup below shows the spooky bending of the light. The light rays have turned to make a C-shape.
A later photo showed no such "light metamorphosis," but it did show an orange orb to the right of the TV.
Another photo showed the TV image drifting way up to the left of the TV set.
Another photo showed the effect so dramatically it almost made my TV set look as if it was on fire.
A closeup shows the squiggly bending of the light rays.
In the photo below, we see the letters "MC" from the TV set rise way up above the TV.
In this closeup (from the photo at bottom) we see numbers from the cable box clock rise up and "land" on the TV screen above the cable box. I believe the displayed time was 12:53, and you can see the risen 5 and risen 3.
This is a closeup from the photo below, which also shows the letters "MC" rising up above the TV (as you can see by opening up the photo in a separate browser tab).
The camera was not moving when these photos were taken, as you can see from the fact that all of the details are sharp and non-streaked, except for the light from the light sources. The photos were flash photos with an exposure time of 1/30 of a second, using normal camera settings (no "Night picture" setting).
