Green Sky Orb Floats Mysteriously

The photo below shows an unusual green orb floating above a building, like some levitating lime.
There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air
quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a
rating of 38 (anything below 50 is considered good). The pollen count
listed on pollen.com was very low, with a level of only 0.1.
