The photos below were taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. Both were taken while the camera was not moving, as you can see from the sharpness of the architectural details. The first shows some weird green rays that seem to rise up and bend to the left.
The next photo shows some similar-looking green rays. But now the green rays are bending to the right.
One other photo showed the weird green rays rising even higher up. On the right we see at the end of one of the green rays a floating orb.

The photos were flash photos using normal camera settings (no "Night picture" setting).
