Eye of the Sky Orb?

The photo below shows a strange-looking orb floating above a building in New York City.

A closeup shows a strange eye-like feature.

 On the same night I photographed these two sky orbs.

There is something weird about the orb on the right. It seems to have a green center.

The same night I got the following weird group of orbs in the sky: a "cracked" orb flanked by a small yellow orb and a small red orb.

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was good.
