Paranormal Playground?

The photo below shows a playground in New York City. Floating above the concrete, we see a mysterious orb that almost looks as if it has two large eyes.  Not visible with my eyes, the object was not the moon (which looks much different when photographed with the camera that took this). 

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good." The pollen count listed on pollen.com was very low, with a level of only 0.1.
