Bright Orb Livens Up the "Zombie Scene"

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see a mysterious bright orb that is livening up a colorless crowd that looks dark and dismal -- like some zombies marching about.
Notice that the transparent orb is positioned so that a line behind it evenly intersects half of the orb. I see this repeatedly. It is if the orbs wanted to position themselves in such a way. Below is another example from January 11, 2016. Note how the background line passes through the middle of the orb, as in the photo above.
