Orange Sky Orb Moves Mysteriously

The photo below shows an orange orb high in the sky above a building in New York.

A closeup shows an orb that seems to be moving upward. It's clearly not the moon.

The same night I got the photo below showing lots of orbs in the sky. The photo was taken from inside an empty park area.

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," and the pollen count listed on pollen.com was very low, with a level of only 0.1.
