Fast Orb and Its Three Slower Pals

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see on the left a blue orb that seems to be moving very fast. We also three other orbs that seem to be just floating motionless.
A closeup shows a kind of blue aura around the top of the moving orb.
Another photo on this night showed a blue orb that seemed to be moving very fast, in a squiggly manner.
