Here is a very unusual photo taken in Grand Central Station in New York. Note the wavy blue line below the Christmas wreath:

This photo seems to show the photographic effect known as ghosting, caused by an object moving much faster than the shutter speed of a camera. It looks like a single orb was moving in a weird wavelike manner. We cannot explain this picture through any theory of dust or reflection. A moving dust particle would never display motion like this, nor would an insect or a bird.
