Orb on the Tip of a Church Steeple

Photo date: March 8, 2015.   Photographer: Mark Mahin.

The photo below may be yet another example of "orb selective positioning." We see an orb seeming to rest exactly on the tip of a church steeple. (This is not the moon, nor is it part of this church's architecture.)

While I am on the subject of church steeples, I should also show the photo below, showing a mysterious green orb near a church steeple.

At the time these photos were taken, weather web sites listed  the weather as "clear" at this location in the Queens borough of New York City, with a temperature of 42 F, a humidity of 63%, and a dew point of 26 F. There was no precipitation, fog or mist on this night in New York City. The observed air was dry with no sign of fog, rain or dampness. The AQI (air quality index) was 52,  which is described as "moderate," but very close to a level of 49, which is described as "good."  It would seem, therefore, that  neither dust nor weather conditions can plausibly account for these orb observations.
