In this photo taken from a balcony at Grand Central Station (where there was only clean air in front of me), we see three blue orbs, one of them very bright, too bright to be a speck of dust. First the full photo (then a closeup):
Now for a closeup (which I have rotated), cropped from this photo. Note what seems to be a cute smiling face. The orb also has a prominent aura.
