A Jolly-Looking Orb "Enjoys the Park"

This photo was taken in a small park in New York City. We see a blue orb.

At the time this photos was taken, weather web sites listed  the weather as "clear" at this location in the Queens borough of New York City, with a temperature of 42 F, a humidity of 63%, and a dew point of 26 F. There was no precipitation on this night in New York City. The observed air was dry with no sign of fog, rain or dampness. The AQI (air quality index) was 52,  which is described as "moderate," but very close to a level of 49, which is described as "good."  It would seem, therefore, that  neither dust nor weather conditions can plausibly account for this orb observation.
