Bright Orb With Concentric Rings and Triangle

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York.

Below is a closeup. We don't see a face, but we do see an orb with rather interesting concentric rings, and also a triangle inside it. Concentric rings are also found in crop circles. Could there be any connection between orbs and crop circles?
