The photo below shows orbs floating above the Empire State Building in New York.
There was no precipitation, fog or mist on this night, and the air quality was
listed as "moderate" on airnow.gov, with a level of 55 that was almost
"good" (49 or less). At the time the top photo was taken, there was no
sign of any unusual dust, vapor, water, or precipitation. The photo was
taken with a full-spectrum camera.
