Below is a closeup of the wiggly-looking object at the top of the photo.
The camera here is capturing motion faster than the shutter speed, which results in the photographic effect photographers call ghosting (in which more than one position of a very fast-moving object is captured). We see here an undulating, wiggly motion, unlike that made by dust, birds, or insects. There is no good natural hypothesis that can explain this type of motion.
