Orb Hurtles Past the Bank of America Tower

The photo below shows the Bank of America tower in Manhattan. The tower (on the right) is reflected by the building on the left. In the middle top of the photo, we see an orb hurtling by.



Below is a closeup of the orb. We cannot see any detail, but we can see that it shows motion blur. This is an indication it was moving fast, way too fast for it to be a dust particle. I guess this orb wasn't sticking around to check out the Bank of America tower.

There was no precipitation, fog, or mist on this night, and the air quality listed on airnow.gov was "moderate" with a number of 55, close to the number of 49 that would qualify as "good."
