Photo date: July 1, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.
The photo below was taken at 9:47 PM on a street in New York City on a night with no precipitation. We see an astonishing surge of mysterious orbs.
The next photo I took a few seconds later (also at 9:47) showed only one orb.
The next photo taken a few seconds later (at 9:48) showed no orbs.
The second and third photos help to rule out dust as a possibility to explain the first photo. If dust had been the cause of the first photo, we would not see the orbs disappearing so quickly. Dust takes a few minutes to settle.
There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality was moderate, with a rating of 60. The pollen count was low, with a rating of only 0.5.
