7 Orbs Form a 7

The photo below was taken in midtown Manhattan, and shows 7 orbs forming a 7 figure above a building. Remembering the concept of "lucky 7," we might consider this a good luck omen from the mysterious orb world.
There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality was very good, and was listed as "good" on airnow.gov, with a level of only 7 (anything below 50 is considered good).
