Sky Orbs Form a Letter

The photo below shows a building in New York City. We see 6 mysterious orbs that seem to have formed a V-shape above the top of the building. What is interesting is that the bottom of this V-shape is at the top of the the architectural inverted V-shape at the top of the building.  Is that just a coincidence?

There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a rating of 29.
