Moving Orb Makes a Sharp Turn

The photo was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see at the top of the photo what looks like a fast-moving orb.

Below is a closeup showing the orb. We seem to see multiple position states of a speeding object. The orb seems to be making a sharp right-angle turn, a type of turn that neither dust nor birds nor insects ever make.
