Blue Orb Does a Very Sharp U-Turn

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York City. We see a bright blue orb that seems to be moving in a very sharp U-turn.  We never see turns this sharp being made by insects, birds, or dust.  Motion this dramatic is a sign we are dealing with an unexplained that we do not understand.
