Face in the Blue Orb?

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York City. We see a bright blue orb that covers most of a man's body.

There seems something unusual on the top right corner of this orb. Below is a closeup. It is almost like we could see the face of some old man with a white beard, perhaps one who is wearing some wizard cap. But the image is not clear, so it's a kind of like one of those ink blots that different people may interpret in different ways
