The photo below was taken while photographing ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling against a dark, featureless backdrop. We see on the right the strange objects I call orb crescents, which I have 40 photos of on this blog. To the left of them are some strange things I have never seen before in the many photos I have taken of water drops: three wispy objects that look like little hammers.
