The photo below was taken in Rockefeller Center in New York, right behind the famous statue of Prometheus holding the fire stolen from the gods. We see an orb directly above the hand that holds the fire. It seems to be another example of an orb positioning itself in some meaningful way.
The orb is shown in the closeup below. Given the location, where there is nothing dusty within 100 yards, dust is not a plausible candidate to explain this.
What is interesting is that if you look just above the middle line in the photo directly above, you see two background eye-like structural features that seem to give this orb two "eyes." This reminds me of what I often see elsewhere -- orbs seeming to position themselves in a way that "leverages" background eye-like structures, so that it will look as if the orb has eyes.
