The photo below was taken while photographing pure, clean water drops falling against a dark background. We see a variety of inexplicable shapes. Some look like circles that have had a small bite taken out of them, and others look circles that have had a larger bite taken out of them. Others look like crescent moons. Perhaps the strangest thing is a ring shape.
