Blue Orb Shows Off Near Flag of Israel

The photo below was taken in front of Bloomingindale's in New York City, where there is a collection of international flags.  Next to the flag of Israel, we see a blue orb. That blue orb seems to be quite clearly behind a rope more than two meters from the camera, which shows that it is not at all some speck of dust very close to the camera.

Below is another photo taken at the same time and place. In this shot we see clearly that there is no orb behind the rope next to the flag of Israel. But now the blue orb seems to have moved. Now we see it directly in front of the stars on the US flag.

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a rating of 31.
