Orb Trio Hovers in the Very Clean Air

The photo below shows an apartment building in New York City. We see a mysterious trio of orbs hovering next to it.

There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night. The air was very clean. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good" with a level of 15 (anything below 50 is considered good).
