Bright Speeding Orb Makes a Sharp Right-Angle Turn

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York.  We see a bright speeding orb that seems to be making a sharp right-angle turn.  This shows this orb cannot be moving dust, an insect, or a bird, because none of those ever make right-angle turns this sharp.

Below is a closeup of the mysterious object, showing what looks like a 90-degree turn.
