"Line Up Above the Flagpole Top, Boys!"

The photo below shows an attractive building in New York City, with a US flag flying above it. We see a mysterious line of orbs above the flagpole top, orbs with a variety of colors. It's almost as if someone had ordered: "Line up above the flagpole top, boys!"

There was no fog, mist, rain or precipitation on this night.
