The photo below shows the Empire State Building in New York. We see two mysterious orbs floating next to it, neither one of which is the moon.
There was no fog, mist, or precipitation on this night. The air quality
as listed on airnow.gov was 28 (anything below 50 is rated as good air).
So there was very little dust in the air on this night.
