Feathery and Freaky

The photo below was taken while photographing ordinary water drops falling against a dark background.  The camera was positioned on a stable platform. We see a variety of luminous anomalies, including two of the objects I call orb veils (see my posts labeled "orb veils" for many other examples).

On the same day I took the photo below, which shows some more of these mysterious "orb veils," along with some equally mysterious crescent-shaped objects I call orb crescents.
