Night Speeders

The photo below shows a building in New York City.

We see two speeding orbs with comet-like tails. Below is a closeup of one of them.

I know of a skeptic who has written a full web page arguing that all such photos are just photos of falling raindrops. But that doesn't work, because this photo and lots of other photos I have like it (labeled "orb comet tail") were all taken on nights when there was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation of any kind.  In fact, you can find many photos like this taken indoors (using "moving orb" as a Google image search).
