The Mysterious Watcher

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Station in New York.

We see here two orbs. one of which is hanging out in a favorite orb location, the row of lights at the station. But the brighter orb is more interesting. Below is a closeup, which seems to show a face (I used the IrfanView "auto-adjust colors" menu option on the closeup).
