Orbs Keep Showing on a Windy Night with Very Clean Air

Photo date: September 13, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.

The photos below were taken on a windy night with very clean air, when the air was so clean that the air quality level was listed as only 3 on airnow.gov (anything below 50 is considered good, and 0 would mean the cleanest possible air).  The wind gusts were as high as 31 miles an hour. Despite conditions that should have ruled out any dust orbs in photos,  I kept getting orbs in my photos on this moonless night. The photo below was taken from about 20 meters inside an empty park (neither orb is the moon).

The photo below (taken on the same night) shows a purple orb floating above a synagogue.

There was no fog, mist, rain, or precipitation on this night.
