Sky Orb Makes the Full Moon Look Small

The photo below shows some buildings in New York City. Near the bottom we see the moon. In the top right we see a much larger orb.
Below is a closeup of the larger orb (I used the IrfanView "Auto-adjust colors" menu option on the closeup). We see some kind of internal structure that is not recognizable, along with the outer ring so often seen in orbs.
