Speeding Orange Orb Ascends Into Sky

The photo below shows an orange orb that seems to be speeding upward.  We can see from the flag that the wind was blowing in an opposite direction.

There was no rain, fog, mist or precipitation on this night. The air quality listed on airnow.gov was "good," with a rating of 31.
