Moving Orb Speeds in the Station

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York.  To the left of a wall screen, we see a bright orb that seems to be moving very fast. The camera seems to have captured two position states of a speeding orb. We see a blurry blob of motion blur connecting the two position states.
