Was This Orb Peeking Into the Lighted Floor?

The photo below shows a purple orb and a white orb floating near a building top in New York City. The white orb is floating next to the one floor of the building that has most of its lights on. Was this coincidence -- or was the white orb peeking into this floor because it had the most signs of human activity?
