Orb Crescents Mingle With an Orb Veil

Photo date: November 2, 2015. Photographer: Mark Mahin.

The photo below was taken while photographing ordinary drops of pure, clean water falling against a dark featureless background. We see two types of hard-to-explain anomalies. The first is a mysterious type of object I call an orb veil. The one here has the spiky outer points that so often are seen in orb veils.  Near this strange object are quite a few equally hard-to-explain objects I call orb crescents, one of which is orange (about 15 others have a white color).

See here for 86 photos of these strange orb veils,  and see here for 61 photos of orb crescents. I have five previous times photographed orange-colored orb crescents, as you can see here.
