Most Colorful Thing in the Station, But Least Understood

The photo below was taken in Grand Central Terminal in New York. We see a blue orb with a color so vivid that it is easily the most colorful thing in the station. No such orb appeared in the previous or next photos from the same angle.
A closeup of the mysterious object shows we have another example of a "split aura" orb. The top of the orb's aura is blue, but the bottom of the aura is yellow.
